1. We don't use drop shipping or order fulfilment. When you order from us, we carefully pack your order and send it out to you.
2. We provide excellent customer service. When you contact us you will be speaking with us. If on the rare occasion there is a problem with your order, we can sort it out, because we packed it in the first place.
3. We won't buy from unethical companies.
4. We use plastic free packaging. Everything is packed in FSC certified or recycled paper or card and sent to you.
5. We are members of 1% for the Planet and give 1% of every sale to environmental organisations. This is 1% of the order value and not the profit.
During a career break, Lou was swimming in the river with her young family when one of her children spotted a slick of sunscreen on the water. She realised that many of the products that we use while swimming may be harmful to the environment that we love.
After hours trawling the internet to find the most sustainable products available for swimming, Lou realised that there was a need for a one stop shop to save people time and do the research into products for you.
