Returns with Sea & Stream
We hope that you are very happy with your new items but if not, here is how to return them to us. We currently do not offer exchanges, simply return any unwanted items for a refund and place a new order on seaandstream.co.uk
You have 28 days from the date of delivery to return product(s) bought from us. Items must be unworn, in new condition with all packaging and tags included.
How to complete your return
1. On the packing slip that came with your order, circle the item you wish to return and add the reason code for returning the item.
2. Go to the Sea & Stream returns page at royalmail.com.
3. Enter your order number, reason for return, name, email address and postal address.
4. Confirm the shape, size and weight of your return package.
5. Either print off the pre-paid Royal Mail label and attach it to the outside of your parcel, or take the QR code to your post office if you do not have access to a printer. (You will also receive an email with the label and QR code).
6. Take your parcel to any Post Office where you will be given a receipt. Please retain this until we have sent you an email confirming that your refund or exchange has been processed.
7. We aim to process the refund within 72 hours of receipt, you will receive email confirmation from us when we have done this. Please note, it can take up to 10 days for the money to return to your account.
