Royal Mail Industrial Action
We currently send our parcels out using Royal Mail, who in our experience provide the most reliable service. At present the Communications Workers Union are in dispute over pay and conditions and are holding regular days of industrial action. The The CWU has formally notified Royal Mail they plan to call on their members who collect, sort and deliver parcels and letters to take national strike action on Friday 9 December, Sunday 11 December, Wednesday 14 December and Thursday 15 December 2022. Standard orders will not be sent out on these days and there could be delays on orders in transit due to them.
If you wish to be guaranteed to receive parcels in 1-2 days please consider selecting our Express Delivery option at checkout. Express delivery orders will be sent out using an alternative courier to the Royal Mail if we believe it could be affected by strike action.
