This hand made shampoo bar contains laver which is collected sustainably from the rocks of the Pembrokeshire coast shoreline. Laver is still picked and eaten in Wales in the form of laverbread. It is rich in iodine, iron and protein, omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids and is also a good source of vitamin C, vitamin A, potassium, magnesium and riboflavin (B2). The soap is made using essential oils which gives a delicious smell and not at all seaweedy.
